2. Use the career resources to answer the given set of questions about each resumé.

3. Decide with your group which applicant you will hire based on the information gathered from the career resources and from the resumès. You will need to justify your decision with examples and reasoning.  

Job Description

Position: Teacher Assistant

Private elementary school seeks Teacher Assistant to provide support to the lead teacher(s) and guide students in various learning activities and lessons for grades 1-3. Applicants should enjoy working with children, have experience leading activities, and have knowledge of early childhood education principles.
