Research Literature

Research literature, also called evidence, reports the results of scientific studies. Health professionals rely on this research to guide their recommendations and clinical decisions. Since these articles are written primarily for researchers and practitioners, they are often dense and challenging for non-experts to read. However, we can learn to extract the key points. Understanding the main ideas helps us make sense of public health advice and make informed decisions about our own health.
