Searching Library Databases

The SCC Library provides databases that students can use to gather information to complete assignments.   These databases contain articles in magazines, journals, newspapers, and reference books.  The databases are part of the "invisible web."  That is, they are proprietary materials that are available at a cost, only to subscribers.

To search for articles in magazines or journals, click on Find Articles on the SCC Library Web page. Many articles are available full-text and can be printed, saved, or emailed. Some of the available databases include those listed below:
